On Theft Charge
' A charge' of . larceny from a
store, a felonv, was placed Thurs
day against Royal R. Lobato. 52,
who was arrested by City Police
Wednesday night for stealing a
blue work shirt from the Corner
Store.

have won regional recognition for

American Red Cross for distribu
tion to foreign Red Cross societies,

New Read Truck
The Klamath County Court has
ordered a new multi-purpose truck
for the Road Department, costing
J2U11.S0, FOB the factory in Port
land.
The equipment was ordered from
the Feenaughty Machinery Com-.
pany.
It is to be model M-7-G. four
wheel drive, with 150-inch wheel-
base, equipped with a wausau
plow, Gar oWod 6-7 yard dump
body, hoist and cab control of tail
gate.
County Engineer Bill Canton said
it would replace a vehicle the
county has had about eight years.
