today by Promoter Mack Lillard
in hopes he can arrange a June
20 main go which would be one
of the biggest atuactlons ever of
fered here.
Lillard wouldn't say what he had
In mind for the June 20 program.
"I don't want to stick my neck
out and then disappoint the fans,"
he said. "If I can get the fighters
here I am dickering for. It will be
a great card ... I can promise
you that."
Since Lillard brought regular
fights back to the Klamath country
several months ago. the fans' re
sponse has been more than gratify
ing nnd the cagey promoter wants
lo add more lustre to the cards.
