cart on a railway station platform
here.
Police said the robbery occurred
while passengers scurried about
the platform and railway employes
hurried with loading and unload
ing during a busy period.
The gold bricks weighing a total
of 100 pounds, were' bound for Ot
tawa, they arrived In the mall
car of a train from the Went.
The mall car wa.i being trans
fered to a Toronto-bound train so
the bricks were taken out and put
on the open mall car under several
bags of mall.
