WHEREAS the City Engineer, pur
suant to a resolution of the Common
Council heretofore adopted, having
filed plana, specification! and esimates
for the cost of improving. The East
portion of California Avenue from Up
ham to Delu Street: and the Council
finding the Mid plana, specifications
and estimatea satisfactory for said pro
ject, which shall be known as, Im
provement UniL No. 118:
Therefore, be It resolved by the com
mon council of the City of Klamath
Falls, Oregon, duly assembled la reg
ular session, as follows:
Section I.
That said plans, specifications and
estimates for the improvement of said
portion of said street, heretofore filed
by the City Engineer, be and the same
are hereby approved, and said project
hall be known as Improvement unit
ho. 118.
That the Common Council of the City
ef Klamath Falls, Oregon, hereby de
clares Its Intention to Improve said
portion of said street in accordance .
with the plans, specifications and esti- !
mates as follows:
TYPE E" To consist of paving
easterly portion of said street five
inches depth of asphalt concrete pave
ment, 18 feet In overall width, includ
ing cement curbs and gutters: side
walks 6 feet width by four inches in
depth, of cement, may be constructed
