hearing of objections and remonstrances
against said proposed improvement.
Section IV
That the Police Judge be and he Is
hereby authorized and directed to cause
notice of such hearing to be published
as provided by the City Charter of
said City and shall publish this reso
lution as provided by law, and within
five days after the first publication
thereof the City Engineer shall cause
to be conspicuously posted at each end
of the Jine of contemplated improve
ment such notice as is provided for by
law and ordinance.
Passed by the Common Council of the
City of Klamath Falls, Oregon, this 7
da y of April. 1952.
