Andrew Hrown (Andy) Moore, claimed Cordelia Pruitt as
his hride. The wedding was in the town of Burlington,
Arkansas. Twenty years later they came to Klamath Kails,
in September of 19:!2. They operated the Central Hotel,
which was where the Klamath Variety Store is located.
In 1 923 they bought the Baldwin Hotel, which they still
own and operate. They are now on their way to Iloilister,
Missouri, on White River in the heart of the O.arks, where
they will renew friendships with old schoolmates they met
when thev went to school together as children. They will
also see "Mother" Finch, who taught their son, Vernon and
one of their daughters, Gertie, Mrs. Hans Hansen. "Mother''
Kineh is still teaching in the same school. This is a honey
moon, delayed !0 years for the Moorcs, who in their eariy
70's have been busv rearing five children, and helping
wilh nine grandchildren, and one great-grandson, all liv
ing in Oregon. Their children, all of whose names start
with "V" and dubbed by "Andy" as "V for Victory" dur
