One can (2 cups) of salmon (or the equivalent of tuna) will easily serve six people. If you're trylnit to think of a different Lenten dish that will appeal to the whole fam ily, this is it) It can be made in a casserole or individual baking dishes. No ordinary fish loaf, this recipe has a gestful flavor that's contributed by the fresh lemon juice. By adding the juice after the loaf is cooled, you preserve the na tural fresh lemon flavor plus all the important vitamins and miner als.
