Roseburg is the club that gets an assist for putting the Klamath riflers in the lead by out-shooting the defending champion Medford club in the twelfth round. It was close all the way. not decided until 35 seconds from tne end, wnen a Rogue River substitute, Sam Black, sank a push shot from the corner. with Powers out oi tne running. Mapleton. a team that now has won 27 consecutive games, became the most prominently mentioned entry. Everyone is impressed with the team's record. It was never close after the first quarter. Sublimity and Echo matched fast breaks, with Sublimity gaining the edge. With five minutes to go Sublimity held a 16-Doint margin.
