Found Guilty

Moran, pal of ex-Mayor William
O'Dwyer, was convicted Tuesday
night as the mastermind of a SuO,-000-a-year
fire department shake
down ring.
Moran, who served aa first dep

Dwyer, was found guilty on all 23
counts of extortion and one of con
spiracy. The maximum possible sentence
could be 348 years In prison.
Moren'a ball was revoked after
the jury of middle-aged business

sentencing March 4.
The trial ran through 14 court
