Dies At 68

famed comedy teammate of the
late Marie Dressier, died of a heart
ailment Friday at Cedars of Le
banon Hospital. She was (8.
Miss Moran, who entered films
as a 1815 Mack Sennctt bathing
girl, was stricken late last autumn
at the Laguna Beach home where
she had lived since 1944.
Her physician, Dr. Arthur L. Ko
bal, reported that she received the
int ni nf the Catholic Church
earlier this week. She died shortly
after midnight.
The actress retired from screen
and stage In 1040 and made a brief
comeback in 1949. when she played
a part In "Adam's Rib."
