lives, and caused an estimated
$800,000 nroperty damage.
Two extra alarm fires emptied

acy today, to learn how soon he
can discuss the Walter Wanger
triangle shooting.
District Attorney S. Ernest Roll
said he will name one of tbe doc
tors. The others will be Lang's

Dr. Joseph Pollock.

a lengthy conference among Roll;

First there's Shaloll Savage, a
14-year-old petite miss from Sioux
Falls, S. D., who hasn't been able
to walk since she was 6 because
of polio. Sharoll sings with all her
voice and all her heart about the
only two things she has to keep
her busy, during her treatment at
a Denver sanatorium.
TWO VETERANS, TOO
Then there's Bob Storovich and
Leon jfrait, a couple of right fast
boys with guitars, storovscn, a,
came back to suburban Aurora
from world war two with both legs
paralyzed after he got in the way
of some enemy flak and was shot
down over Australia. Krau, zs, a
world war two navy veteran, be
came a paraplegic as a result of
an auto accident near his home
town of Russell, Kas., in 1946 and
landed in Denver after long treat
ment at the Great Lakes Naval
hospital.
A fourth member Is Fenny Great-
nouse, a preuy mean ukulele
plucker. A former army nurse corn
major and a veteran of Bataan
and Corregldor, 35-year-old Penny
survived many months in a Japa
nese prison camp, then lost the use
of her legs In an auto accident
