tody awaiting a conference of their
parents with juvenile authorities.
Sheriffs deputies Bob Nugent
and Howard Frew said they found
the two boys and three girls, rang
ing In age from 3 to 23, In a dlrtv
suburban cabin after they were
called by neighbors.
The parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred
Hornbeck, were away from home,
returning at 1 a.m.. the deputies
said. They quoted the parents as
saying they had attended a movie.

dents in 1SK.1, not counting migra

schools do not adequately serve
new population areas.
