juries and released.
State police report Paulsen was
driving north on Altumont about
10:30 p.m. and when he aaw the
slow-moving freight, took to the
duch In preference to ramming the
train.
Treated at the hospital besides
Paulsen were Charles Wagner, In
jured thumb: Don Kenton, scratch
es and Jim McGregor, minor
bruises.
Extensive damage was done to
the radiator and left front frnder
of Paulsen's 1933 Ford sedan.
