were sent out yesterday to senior
omerooms. The election will last
until Friday, when ballots are to
be returned to the El Rodeo ataff.

chosen by their classmates as one
of the most outstanding hi respec

This year El Rodeo, under the
editorship of Lyn Perkins, can cer

pictures are already bring taken
at the Evergreen studios. Each
senior will have two pictures taken
In his cap and gown and two In
school clothes.
Pictures are being taken now
due to the fact that the deadlines
for the printer was stepped up to
an earlier date. Patty Teale. asso
ciate editor, has charge of the
pictare schedules.
A question concerning caps and
gowns was discussed yesterday
morning by a special committee
meeting of seniors. The question
rests In whether or not the gtrsl
will wear white caps and gowns
for commencement. It must be de
cided upon as soon as possible so
that the order can be In early.
Everyone Is reminded to listen
to the Klamath Sports Album to
night over KFJl at 7:15. Dick
Ward, replacing John Oliver and
Sam Moniftomery will be the sports
casters. Why not try your luck In

day of the murder of her hus
band, former Augusta police com
missioner and political leader John
B. Kennedy.
At the three-day trial, the frail.
43-year-old woman read an un
sworn statment, permitted under
Georgia law, saying that Kennedy
had subjected her to constant phy
sical brutality (or nearly 30 years.
She claimed she shot him In self
defense and did not Intend to kill
turn.
Kennedy, who once headed the

ta, was shot six times at his
home June 30. Two doctors, called
