school. Risking the loss of a finger Is Glen Lorenz, junior at the University
of Oregon, and Jim Howard, senior at Oregon, looks on. Glen is the son of
Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Lorenr; Jim the son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Anderson.

CHRISTMAS vacation means
sons and daughters arriving
in a flurry from schools, both
north and south, to spend the
holiday season with their fam
ilies. These well known young
men about town came home
this week, getting in a good
respite from books, and en
joying a well stocked larder
of home made Christmas
sweets.
ALL SET FOR THE HUNT, now they are home for the holidays, with their
guns polished, are Doug Dryden, son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Dryden,
"Perk" Stearns, son of Dr. and Mrs. Ralph Stearns, and Bill Harsey, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Harsey. "Perk" and Doug are sophomores at
Oregon State college, and Bill is a freshman. . .

Milton came home from San
Jose State college, where he
is a junior, and Bob and Rod,
sen!ors, are from Oregon State
