To Lakeview
LAKEVIEW The. University of
Oregon concert band, under direc
tion of John Stehn of the UO
school of music faculty, will be
presented at Lakeview high school
auditorium at !:15 pm. Friday.
December 3. by the Lakeview branch
of the American Association of
University Women. Mrs.. H. B.
Ferrin is general "chairman.
This will be the sixth concert
presented here by the AAUW under
their concert program. The band
will include 40 select members from
the outstanding music students at
the University of Oregon.
Special student soloists will in
clude Millard Kinney of Ontario.
Ore, pianist, and Philip Green of
Portland, vocalist. Other feature
numbers will be presented by mem'
bers of the band. Numbers on the
program will be planned to please
the tastes of all music lovers.

OTI Prizes were announced for
the four best Homecoming floats in
Oretech's pre-game parade yester.

Spokane elk hunters were fatally
