The cast for the college play. "A Date With Judy." to be presented
by student of Armstrong college on December 9. will be led by Evalyn
Rowland, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Rowland. Evalyn will play
the part of "Judy." the starring role.
Three -hometown girl" have been elected officers in their unit
in Carson Hall dormitory on the University of Oregon campus. Mary
Griffiths, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Griffiths, and Erlene
Wheeler have been elected social chairmen, and Donna Worden. daugh
ter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray M. Worden. has been elected standards chair
man. Mary is a senior majoring in biology. Erlene is a senior in psy
chology, and Donna is a sophomore majoring in liberal arts.
Robert Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil D. Brown, will desert the
compounds of the chemical laboratory at Reed college Just long enough
to smear the grease paint for his role In the first stage production of
the year at Reed college. The part Bob will assume will be V alert, the
Judge's secretary. In "The Doctor in Spite of His Wife." He is a junior
and Is majoring in the field of chemistry.
