A picnic retriever trial will be
held thla coming Sunday by the
Bhasta Cascade Retriever club at
Salt lake Just over the state line
road In California Immediately east
of Cal-Ore night club.
The Sunday outing, with prob
ably 30 dogs entered, will be a
warmup test for the licensed field
trial to be held here September 9-10-11
and all conditions of a regu
lar licensed trial will be enforced.
Among the doga to be entered are
Brlgnall s Orlngo and erven other
retrievers owned by Cliff Brignall
of Loa Angelea, who la now vaca
tioning at Diamond lake. Orlngo la

Roger Bacon, prominent Canby,
