Barbara Icenbice has returned
from Good Samaritan hospital in
Portland, where she bss been for
the past two weeks. Barbara had
further treatment on ner nana
which she burned when a small
child.
Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Nelson of
Ashland, and Mr. and Mrs. Brennan
of Reoondo Beach. Calif, visited
recently with Mr. and Mrs. O. J.
Bams. While here the visitors en
Joyed a trip through the Lara Beos
Mr. and Mrs. George Mattson
and family have returned from an
extended visit In Minneapolis and
St. Paul, Minn, with relatives. Oa
the return trip they drove through
the Black Hills of S. D, and Yel
lowstone park.
Boy Scout troop No. 7 has earned
about 1125 selling peanuts ana coui
drinks at the softoall games. The
money will go toward summer camp
and to purchase needed equipment.
Klamath Lions beat the Merrill
Lions at a game of donkey baseball
held Sunday, July 17 in Klamath
falls by a score of 3-2. Memll Lions
contend, however, that foul play
was Involved for the winning run
was scored when the K. Falls club
member carried his donkey to home
piste.
