liam Howard Rice and Richard
Shuck, are scheduled to be taken up
tomorrow.
District Attorney D. K. Van Vac
tor will ask first degree murder
Indictment against Rice, held In

his wife. Jennie Morrison Rice, and
negligent homtcld indictment
against Shuck, who was Involved In
an auto accident June 2 in which
4-year-old R. H. Anderson was
killed.
