hall, th and Walnut.
Temporary Chairman BUI Case
announced today that the commit
tee appointed to draft a constitution
and by-laws has completed the as
signment and Bill MrKlbbon, chair
man of the committee, will Intro
duce the regulative document to the
aijembled representatives of the
various organizations tomorrow

Case also stated that the Interest
shown In the sttempt to form a non
profit union of the active civic and
fraternal organizations of tht Klam
ath basin Is on the Increase and Is
confident thst as soon as all groups
are fully Informed as to the Intent
and purpose of the Inter-club Idea
that the effort put forth to establish
the unification program will even-
fully prove of Inestimable value to
the entire community.
