damage suit filed In the circuit
court clerk'a office against Klamath
Basin Pine mill, Involving an ac
cident Mitchell had at the mill
where he was employed, causing

right hand.
The suit alleges that the company
failed to Instruct mm properly In

rlllers wer not properly guarded.
On May IB of this year. Mitchell
allege In the ault. he tried to re
move slab from th lath mill. The
slab came In contact with the saws,
freed the slab which he says caught

platform, tearing off the fingers on
his right hand.
The defendant la charging the
