Punishment Asked

Ticket killing would be punlnhnble
by a Jail term up to three years, a
fine up to $1000, or both, under a
new hill In the legislature Tuesday.
The legislature. Introduced In the
slate senate yesterday by Arthur
C. Clapp (R-Essex), would make
ticket killing or Its attempt a misde
meanor. Clapp said enforcement of
