that she did take off her dress and

Mrs. Price sued Griffin, 3D, a na
tive of Galena, Knns., for breach
of promise. The case went to the
Jury today.
Orillin said their engagement wa
broken off by oral agreement.
He admitted authorship of love
letters submitted by Mr. Price's at
torney, who asked:
"Are you saying now that It was
this lady who was forcing the pace?''
"I think she did her shnre." Grif
fin replied.
"You were pretty enthusiastic
yourself?" the cross examiner de
manded. "Yes. I was very fond of her."
Orlffin said.
"Are you really asking the jury to
believe that within three nu nines

for shipment to South America.

Next, cameramen protested there

ground. One was brought from the
budget bureau two blinks away.
When It arrived, the staff was found
to be six Inches too tall tor the
