The Klamath Sheriffs Pov met
Monday night at the Wlllard to
elect new directors and deputies for
the ensuing year.
Articles of Incorporation were ac
cepted at the meeting attended by
around 60 members. Under the new
by-laws officers are now known as
directors and deputies.
Keith Moon has been elected as
president, with Mel Henry aa vice
president, Louta Haftrr as secre
tary and Charley Read as treasurer.
The five new directors have been 1
named as Keith Rice, Ed Williams,
F.lmcr Ralslger, Hank Ring and
Dr. M. Poole. Mel Henry has been i
elected captain of the posse nnd
will apimlnt a first and second
lieutenant, ft sergeant and a cor
poral for the drill. The posse will
hold a general business meeting on
the last Monday of each month.

posse In the San Francisco St. Pat
rick's Day parade for the best drill
will be displayed with other tro
phies taken by the posse In a win
