of liquor by the drink was sched
uled to be filed with the ttate de
partment here today.
The bill apoiuored by the state
Federation of Labor and the Oregon
Hotel association would legalize
such aale In hotel, restaurant and
club, and on airplane, iteamshlpe
and railroad.
All liquor sold by the drink would
have to be bought from the state
liquor commission, and It would be
ubject to an additional tax of 25
cent a quart. Dtsperuers would pay
1500 a year license fee.
It could be sold only by place
which terve meal, but the liquor
could be served In any room In uch
an establishment.
