hower said when he received the
medal. "Ita emphasis on community

among men for which we all strive.

need for cooperative effort In every
major enterprise, the movement Is a

A charter for the new school ha
been Issued by the board of rcgenti
of the University of the State of
New York, It waa announced here
yesterday.
The building, which will be known
a the Roosevelt school. Is on the
Archibald Rogers estate, next door
to the Roosevelt homestead and
memorial library.
Roosevelt attended classes In the
72-room manor house on the Rogers
estate, called Crumwold Hall. 8(111
bearing Its old nnme. It will be th
main building of Roosevelt school.
