open Uie Lenten season this Sunday
at 11 a. m. with Rev. H. J. Thorpe
In charge of the service. Rev.
Thorpe's sermon theme will be
"How Jesus Haves." The senior
choir will sing the anthem, "My Clod
and I," by I. B. Sergei, and Mra.
Arthur Dcnlson will accompany at
the organ.
Klamath Lutheran extends an In
vitation to all friends and members
of the church to share In Its services
and worship during the lenten sea
son. Rev, Thorpe of Orland, Calif., will
serve the congregation until a per
manent pastor accepts a call to
Klamain Lutheran. The board Is
negotiating to get a minister at the
