Suit Filed

brought by a Los Angeles woman
against a local woman as the re
sult of an automobile accident at
Los Angeles. January 30, 1046, was

clerk.
The suit was brought by Mrs.
Clludys Catherine Uamber against
Mrs. Wllma 1. Wiley, for 125.000
punitive damages and approximate,

The accident occurred when a car

son of Mr. and Mrs. Bam Herring
shaw of Malln, Is In Hillside hospi
tal with a .33 bullet wound through
his right foot as the result of a Sun
day morning accident at the family

Herringshaw and his younger
brother. Tommy, 9, were together
at the time. Members of the fam
ily said Tommy had the gun when
1'. accidentally discharged, the hol
low point bullet passing completely
through Howard's foot shattering
the bone. Howard was brought to
Hillside at 12:30 p. m., and given
emergency treatment. His condi
tion was reported good today.
