Dairy sub-station on The Califor
nia Oregon Power company line
burned out sometime early Wednes
day and power was cut off In that
section throughout the morning
and again last night.
Notice was received by the local
office at 7:30 a. m. and a crew dis
patched to the scene where more
trouble than was anticipated was
found by the workmen. It waa
necessary to replace the trans
former and by noon service was
