I don't feel thnt the world is In a
mess. I think It's a pretty good place.
There Is no mnjor. authorized w-nr
on at present. That's something.
True there Is bitter hunger In spots.
I There hns always been that. But wc
i know, now thnt If men could Just
conquer their desire for ruling other
men. we have the know-how to
produce more thim cnouRh food for
everyone. It took us centuries to
earn that. In other centuries we
shnll learn how to distribute that
bounty equably so that hunger shall
be unknown.
Don't be misled by the headlines.
Without sensations and threats of
disaster, how could the papers get
any headlines? So the evil Is
featured. The good Is relegated to
small spnee. Inside position. But the
good Is there and the world Is grow
ing better.
