The hendquarlers are open dur

facilities. Ping-pong tables have
been set up and 'shuffleboard
boundaries have been marked out
and these games may be played
any time during the day. A Juke

The slate liquor control commis
sion today rejected the application
of the Klamath Falls post of Veter
ans of Foreign Ware for a club liq
uor license, but the VFW unit will
be considered for a restaurant and
service license.
The latter type license Is Issued lo
establishments open the public.
Club licenses are glyen where es
tablishments serve to members only.

The Oregon state office has re
ceived details of the support pro
gram discussed at the Halt Lake
meeting last week. Although It
muy not be desirable to partici
pate If the late crop is short, it Is
still desirable for growers to be
familiar with details of the support
program, Walt Jendra-Jewskl, as
sistant county agent, said today.
