strike Larson, knocking him down,

A second eye witness. Jack Ward.
I said he observed Fellers in Ihe front
yard of the house striking and kick
ing Larson who was on the ground.

Larson was unconscious and bleed-

Alter hearing, the testimony,
Judge Muhoney went to Fetters'
house, 2305 Oregon, to view the
