mental area field day on July 31.

spring oats, wlteat and barley and
fall wheat and barley will be seen
this year. Some of these varieties
ppear to be especially adapted to
the Klamath area. Utah winter
barley and allcel wheat are two
grain Introduced by Ui station that

of this area. New, high yielding va
rieties of spring oat may be re
leased to farmers this fall If they
perform a well till year a they

These cereal trials have been
planted on the main elation west of
the airport and also on the Muck
experimental area near Warden.
Both areas will be visited during
the day.
A potato disease demonstration
showing many of the common and
same uncommon virus diseases of
potatoes will be of Interest to potato
growers In this area.
These demonstrations are pro
vided for potato growers of thl
area to assist them In racocnlxtng
diseases that, affect the production
of deed and commercial potatoes.
