a PA-12 with Harry Huskcy as pilot.
Mocnbee plans to enter the PA-ll In
the 05-horsepower race on Sunday.
The men will take their wlvea as
passengers. Mr. and Mrs. Dick
Dresslar and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard
Smedley plan to drive over to at
tend the show. Dresslar Is an In
structor at OAS and Dorothy Smed

one Oregon county could qualify for
crop Insurance under a proposed
house bill, Murl E. Cummlngs, state
director of the federal crop Insur
ance corporation, aald today.
He said the senate's version of
the bill would enable about 12 coun
ties to participate. At present 20
have crop Insurance.
The differences between the bills
were to be ironed out In Joint com.

national forest receipts In timber
sales, grazing and land use permits,
totaled 8267.572 for the last fiscal
year, It waa announced this week
by Merle S, Lowden, supervisor of
the forest.
From this figure, Lowden said.
Lake county will receive approxi
mately the same as It received for
the previous fiscal year, or about
152.000 for use on roads and schools.
