Kluiiuith board of realtors, with
Robert Chllrote presiding.
E. M. Chllcote, long-time Klam
ath realtor, outlined provisions of
the bill and advised that both land
lords and tenant familiarize them
selves with the portion of the bill
dealing with the IS per cent rent
Increase. He pointed out that a
written lease agreement between
landlord and tenant must be drawn
up before thl Increase can go Into
effect.
