1. These "closures" are precautions
taken each year when the flrn Inn
ards are greatest, and include cer
tain restrictions. They are effec
tive In all forested areas Ironi, July
1 to Beptember 1.

direction of disposal.
He said the bill failed to give
consideration to war veterans arid

local authorities are belter prepared

The bill, which requires that the
housing be sold for rash by the end

Klamath youngsters are trying
their hand at carpentering as work
begins on float entries at the varl
ous playgrounds throughout Klam
ath Falls. Kach of the five play
grounds Is building a float which
will be entered In the Juvenile sec
tion of the 4th of July parade.
Besides the regular -prize being
offered by the parade committee,
the playground building the best
float will be given a party by the
recreation office.
Children not working with the
various playgrounds may enter In
dependent floats in the parade. En

cycles, doll buggies, horses and
