immediately make the required payment

writing on a Forest Service bid form.

designation of that day as a legal

Neuner said that referendum pe
tions against laws passed by the
legislature might be filed either1 by
July 3 or July 7. The legal dead
line is July S. but it would be im
possible to file them on that day
since the state department would
be closed for the holiday.
Oovernor Snell. when he an
nounced last week that July 5 would
be a holiday, said he would issue
a proclamation, but this proclama
tion has not yet been issued. The
federal reserve system notified Sec
retary of State Robert S. Farrell
Jr., it would order 1. member banks
to close July 5 when it received
certified copy of the proclamation.
