ducting a gambling game.

bond, and was to be arraigned to

statements from D. J. MacOlllivray
Jr., Spokane realtor, who pleaded
guilty to an embezzlement charge.
Carroll said MacOIUlvray told him
he had lost tlO.000 of his clients'
money through bad Investments
and gambling.
