For the sixth meeting, the Hrnlry
Sheep club met April 37 at the home
of Henry Williams.
Richard Hill presided. Members
had a rlub pledge, yell nud opening
song. The secretary, Eleanor Jack
son was absent.
Members present were Richard
Hill. Burt Mack. Earl Mack Jr..
Carolyn Dickson, Nina Griffith.
Henry Williams. Robert Hill. Bob
Enman. Kay O'Donnahue and Betty
Brandejsky.
Visitors were Mr. and Mrs.
Chester E n m a n and Mrs. I. W.
White.
Two reports were given, one on
"ludaliur nogs." bv Henrv Williams
and one on "judging beef," by Betty
isranaejsKy.
After the meeting four of W. M.
William beef cattle were Judged.
Then at Bryant Williams' place four
breeding ewes were judged.
Refreshments were served by Mrs,
Williams. The next meeting will be
Mav 8 at the homt of the leader,
I. W. White.

Every county In the state w ill send
a delegation determined in slse by
a quota given In advance based on
the number completing projects in
HH6. Priority In selection will go
first In those winning scholarships
In state competition followed by sec
tional and county winners, those
financed by communities and thtwe
financed by clubs and others, Allen
explained.
Delegates will, as usual, be housed
In halls, fraternities, sororities and
other quarters to (he extent avail
able. Meals will be the same In each
living group as uniform menus are
prepared In advance by Ueorgla
Blbee. director of dormitories.
Classes In a wide variety of sub
jects will occupy the morning hours
each day. College staff members and
visiting specialists will teach these
classes In which laboratory work
and demonstrations will be em
phasised. Home folks will be able to follow
the activities through the state
radio station. KOAC, which will
broadcast daily assemblies from 3
to J o'clock, county broadcasts from
7:30 to 8 o'clock and the annual
radio revue June 35 starting at 8
o'clock.
Other afternoon activities Include
dally county delegation meetings
after lunch and recreation from 3:30
to 8:30 o clock supervised by mem
bers of the physical education staff.
Evening programs vary from day to
day.
Sunday, June 33, delegates may
attend a special church service in

Malln Champions llaby Uref club
met at the homo of Jerry and Illys
Snmllcy on May 4.
Tho club discussed (he Junior
Livestock show and members itave
suKHcstions about chanties. They de
cided to buy beanie hats and tircen
and white shlrta for the show. Mrs.
Smalley consented to Rive the club
a chest In which they could put
their combs, brushes, etc. The club
will make a bench and some feed
boxes and paint them. Present for
the mectliiK were: Stun It Heutel,
Jimmy Parker. Kathleen Wilson,
Illys and Jerry smallcy and the
leader, Karl Wilson. Quests were:
Mrs. Oalton Parker. Virginia and
Uenule, Mr. and Mrs. Similley and
Sally, and Harry and Fan-el Wilson.
Mrs. Parker and Mr. and Mrs.
Smalley gave the club some very
helpful tin. Since It was Jimmv's
oinnoay Mrs, smalley and Mrs.
Parker served Jimmy's cake and Ice
cream. Jimmy was nine veara old.
