be known as improvement Unit No, 93.
That the Common Council of the City
of Klamath Falls, Oregon, hereby de
clares its intention to Improve said por.
Uons of said streets tn accordance with
the plans, specifications and estimates
as follows:
TYPE "A To consist of paving streets
with seven Inch In depth of cement and
forty-eight feet in width including ce
ment concrete curbs and gutters.
A storm sewer to be constructed on
South 7th Street to take care of surface
water.
Cement sidewalks six feet wide on
South 7th Street and five feet wide on
Plum street.
The Telephone Company manhole on
South Tth Street to be adjusted by the
Telephone Company.
The Sanitary sewer and steam man
