Although Rocky Graziano may
bo burred for life In Now York,
his rich middleweight title bout
with Tony Zalo isn't necessarily
off, because Indications today
were the National Boxing asso
ciation will not go along with
his banishment and will sanction
the match In another city may
be Chicago.
The commission revoked Gra
ziano's Now York boxing license
yesterday for fuilure to report a
couple of $100,000 bribe offers
in (1) a fight in wnicn ne scorea

Set Up On Coast

state game commission said to
day that a new game district is
being established in the south
west coastal area, with headquar
ters ai uoquine.
Leslie Zumwalt will be as
signed to Coquille as senior bio
logist. The district extends from
Cape Perpetua in northwest
Lane county to the California
line and east to the coast range

This is the 12th district set up
in Oregon as part of the plan to
assign field staff personnel to

have Oregon join with Washing
ton and California in the pro
posed Pacific marine fisheries
compact was introduced in the
house today by legislators irom
the state's fishing centers.
The compact provides for reg
ulation, conservation and promo
tion of coastal fisheries. Each
state would have one or more
members on the Pacific marine
fisheries commission.
California would contribute
$11,000 a year to the commission,
and Washington and Oregon
$2000 each.
