and dagger. 1 Four bright stars, ,
two far above the belt and two
below, form a large four-sided
figure. Of the two upper, the ;
one to the east is red Betelgeuse
in the hunter's right shoulder; !
the other not so bright is in '
his left shoulder. A few faint;
stars above a line between the
shoulders constitute his head,
which is turned to the west.
Of the stars below the belt, '
tha one to the east is in Orion's i
right knee; the other is the very !
brilliant, sparkling white Rigel,
his left shoe buckle. Another ;
star slightly higher marks his
upraised, bent knee. A four j
