file with the Police Judge of Mild City
in the matter of said improvement.
That the property so found benefited
and liable and assessed as aforesaid, is
the property that lies within the
boundaries of the following description:
Beginning at the northwest corner
of Shi vps addition to the City of Klam
ath Falls, Oregon, on the south line of
Upborn Street; thence west to the alley
In block 5 of First addition to the City
of Klamath Falls. Oregon: thence
southwesterly thru alley In blocks 9.

against each specific property and the
owner and holder thereof.
Reference is hereby made to such lien
