Was Fourth League Win For Locals
The Klamath Pelicans, roaring up and down the court at full
speed for most of the game, sank a luckless Central Point quintet
61-16 on the KUHS hardwood last Saturday night, thereby lifting
themselves Into a tie with Medford for first place spot in the
Southern Oregon conference, each team having four wins with
no defeats. At the same time. Central Point fell to fourth place,
with two wins and four losses. ., ...

way. Klamath grabbed an 8 to 4 lead halfway through the first
period, steadily increasing it until the scoreboard read 20-8 at

Edson Dow said the body was
found by Mrs. Edmond Payte in
an open can behind her home.

but not more than a week, said
the body had been wrapped in
towels and newspapers, and
