CHICAGO. July 13 tAP Oats dropped
more than 1 cents at time today while
corn, after setting new seasonal highs
In the early trade, held about steady
with the previous close.
Sett inf. of . oats waa based mainly on
declining prices in the cash market,
where sales were made at 1 to 4 cent
lower quotations. There was also some
spreading with cotton, trader buying
cotton against sales of oat.
Cash wheat was 1 to a cent lower
with oat, but corn displayed ln
dependent strength. No. 3 yellow com
sold as high as S3, a new peak since
termination of the OPA and only 8
cents under the all-time high of 93 36
established In August. 1917.

to a cent lower, January 31 tat VI 70.
while oats were I'i-ASo lower. July
