Judge David R. Vandenberg
in circuit court this morning de
nled a motion to revoke the pa
role of Arthur Cordcn Robson,
Klamath Falls youth whose ac
tions since ordered to report for
Induction in the army were un
der study in court Saturday.
Robson is still on three year's
probation from a larceny charge
and Is still waiting to be draited.
The youth, who will be 19
years old the last day of Febru
ary, went to Canada for a visit
two days before he was to be in
ducted last July and was re
fused admission back into this
country by immigration officials
until last week on the grounds
that he was Canadian born and
had been convicted of a felony
In this country.
