sinking spell today, slipping the 0 cent
a busnel dally trading limit. Other
grains eased in sympathy, with oats off
almost 2 cents at times despite good
commercial business.
'i'he lower new Vork stock market,
and a 5 cent a bushel setback in rye
at Minneapolis and Winnipeg, were out
standing bearish Influences. Stop-loss
orders was uncovered In rye on the way
down.
'1 r.lders said President Truman's
speech to congress was not an outstand
ing market Influence. He asked a year's
extension of the price control act and
retention of subsidies, among other
things, but trade authorities said they
were inclined to await congressional
action.
Wheat closed unchanged to a,ic lower

corn was unchanged at $l,lH'i ceilings,
