state game commission has au
thority to purchase a building in
Portland, Attorney General
George Neuner ruled today for
the commission.
Neuner said the commission
does not have to gain permission
of the board of control,

square feet, of which 15,000
would be used for warehouse
and garage, 3000 for biological
and technical laboratories, and
