The crowd at the Klamath
armory last night wasn't the big
gest of the season by any means,
but the stay-at-homes missed a
show that had a little bit of
everything.
Promoter Mack Llllard's
muscle menu had the fans stand
ing in their seats all but one
he climbed into the ring to chal
lenge the "Grey Mask" and the
local gendarmes had to step in
and ask him to step out. One
otner ratna ringsider slugged the
hooded hoodlum in the back
while he was making use of the
ropes against his pooular ODnon-
ent, Angelo Martinelli, the Buck
eye DiocKDusier.
Things went about as exoect-
ed the "Mask" won the bout,
but not until he had apparently
blinded Martinelli temporarily

tics had the fans howling for
blood and it seemed as if they
might have their nravers an
swered when Martinelli copped

Martinelli was out colder than
a codfish and when he revived
tooK a swing at the first man
he saw which happened to be
the referee. The crowd milled
around outside the ring for fully
five minutes after the tussle and
Mr. Stonefaee once again made
the trek to the dressing room
under heavy police escort.
